  • Hunk is an independent clothing brand offering fashion apparel through an online platform. All orders are processed and fulfilled through a trusted third-party service.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Please review them regularly. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept those changes.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All product prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders will only be processed once full payment is received (except in the case of Cash on Delivery, as outlined below).
  • We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept COD parcels without valid reason may result in blacklisting from future orders.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all payment and delivery details provided are accurate.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via our third-party logistics partners and typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time varies based on your location and is subject to change due to factors beyond our control.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

4. Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges

  • Returns and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed, as all orders are fulfilled directly through a third-party provider.
  • Please ensure all product details, including size, fit, and color, are verified before placing your order.
  • We currently do not offer exchanges.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

  • In the rare event of a natural disaster, damage during transit, or if we are unable to fulfill your order due to any issue on our side, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days after verification. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, product images, graphics, and text, are the intellectual property of Hunk or its content creators and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Hunk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our website or products, including but not limited to delivery delays or errors by third-party logistics providers.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh, and any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
